Overview
Business Intelligence (BI) is like any other technology project, where early and clear definition of requirements means that resources are effectively deployed to meet the needs of the business. To ensure that there is a clear understanding of your needs, BizCubed has developed a BI workshop where we work with both your business and technology teams to develop a statement of work and project plan that will help ensure the success of your project.
Process
There are three workshops that we run.
- First, a joint meeting with both the business and technology team.
- Followed by a focused workshop with the business team to determine what the business needs are.
- Finally, a technical deep dive to determine what will be required to deliver the business requirements.
Outcomes
- Documentation of all workshops and desired outcomes.
- BI implementation road map and recommendations.
- Complete statement of work articulating what needs to be accomplished to meet the business needs.
- A documentation review with the project team.
- Final presentation and round table with stakeholders to reach agreement on next steps.
