State Taxation Agency
The debt recovery office of the State agency that administers taxation required a set of standard reports as part of a program to migrate away from a proprietary BI application. A set of 90 customised reports were developed in close consultation with the IT developers. Knowledge was transferred as part of the process to allow the agency to maintain and develop additional reports.
